Peifeng Tunan's History: From Kejingda’s Heritage to the Full-Flow EDA Leadership
Suzhou Peifeng Tunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Peifeng Tunan") was established in 2021 by the merger of Suzhou Kejingda Electronics Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Kejingda") and Moyan Computational Science (Suzhou) Co., Ltd., two well-known semiconductor simulation companies in China. Since its inception, Peifeng Tunan has fully integrated over a decade of Kejingda’s technological accumulation in semiconductor process and device simulation (TCAD). The company is committed to providing independent and controllable full-process EDA software and process development solutions for China's wafer manufacturing industry, and has become an indispensable force in China's EDA field.
Technology Heritage and Core Team
As a continuation of the original Kejingda core technical team, Peifeng Tunan has inherited its profound accumulation in numerical simulation algorithms, physical modeling, and wafer manufacturing applications. The company has not only completely retained Kejingda's original product line and technical service system, but also achieved multiple key technology breakthroughs based on this foundation. Technical personnel account for approximately 80% of the R&D team, with core members largely from Kejingda, one of the foundational pioneers of China's EDA, possessing over 20 years of experience in semiconductor simulation R&D.
Full-Flow EDA Product System and Key Technology Breakthroughs
Peifeng Tunan has developed a full-flow suite of semiconductor manufacturing simulation, including optical proximity correction (OPC), process & device simulation (TCAD), 3D surface structure simulation (ProcEmu), TCAD-SPICE rapid modeling, etc., forming a complete Design-Technology Co-Optimization (DTCO) toolchain in the industry.

Mozz TCAD: A Self-Developed Simulation Platform Benchmarking Global Standards
Building upon Kejingda's technical foundation, Peifeng Tunan has independently developed Mozz TCAD, a 3D TCAD simulation tool in continuous iteration. With the recent release of version 2024.6, Mozz TCAD has become the firsttool to complete the full-flow simulation of advanced devices such as FinFET and Nanosheet in China, and has been accepted by multiple top-tier foundries.

In key application scenarios such as simulation of wide-bandgap semiconductors such as silicon carbide, Peifeng Tunan's mature, self-developed algorithms accelerate simulation by more than 10 times,and significantly improved memory efficiency compared with leading international tool. The product has 100% independent intellectual property rights.
