Suzhou, May 23, 2025 — Suzhou Peifeng Tunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. officially released the 2025.04 version of Mozz TCAD suite. As the first TCAD tool package to support complete 3D process and 3D device simulation in China, It has successfully tackled the long-standing reliance on imported EDA tools, a critical "bottleneck" in China’s semiconductor industry.

The suite consists of several powerful software, including the 2D/3D process simulation software Mozz Process, 2D/3D device simulation software Mozz Device, the integrated work platform Mozz Workbench, visualization tool Mozz Visual, geometric preprocessing tool Mozz Structure, TCAD2SPICE tool Mozz Extract, and 3D RC extraction tool Mozz RCex., these softwares form a comprehensive 3D TCAD-DTCO software ecosystem.
