Kejingda made its appearance at CSE2025& Jiufengshan Forum and was invited to share a report
【 Wuhan Optics Valley, April 23-25, 2025 】- Intelligence Converging in Optics Valley, Activating the Future. On April 23, the 2025 Jiufengshan Forum and Compound Semiconductor Industry Expo opened in Optics Valley. The forum was jointly hosted by the Third Generation Semiconductor Industry Technology Innovation Strategic Alliance and Jiufengshan Laboratory. Held for three consecutive years, the Jiufengshan Forum has become the largest and highest-level platform for exchanges and cooperation in the field of compound semiconductors in China. Suzhou Kejingda Electronics Co., Ltd. was invited. The latest technical report titled "3D Electrical-optical Fully Coupled TCAD Simulation of Three-dimensional Full-size Germanium-Silicon PhotoDiodes and Optical Signals for SiGe Photo Detector" was shared. The report introduces the application of the semi-implicit algorithm developed by Kejingda in the simulation of 3D full-size optoelectronic devices. The device structure construction uses nearly 2.4 million grids. This grid scale is extremely difficult for the physical simulation of semiconductor multi-physics field devices. The Kejingda semi-implicit algorithm realizes the calculation of multi-physical field distributions such as photocurrent, dark current curves and generation recombination under this grid scale. The Kejingda semi-implicit algorithm has opened up a new path for the simulation of full-scale optoelectronic devices. In multi-physics field simulation, it can reduce approximate calculation terms, thereby achieving more accurate computational simulation.
Kejingda continuous investment in the full-chain simulation from process to device has achieved coverage from silicon-based, sic-based to optoelectronic device materials. This demonstrates Kejingda strong capabilities in semiconductor device simulation.
