Peifeng Tunan makes its debut at the IDAS 2025 Summit
[Hangzhou, September 15–16, 2025] The third Design Automation Industry Summit IDAS 2025 (Intelligent Design Automation Summit 2025), hosted by EDA², opened grandly on September 15, 2025 at the Hangzhou International Expo Center.
Suzhou Peifengtunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Peifengtunan”) was invited to participate in the event, and Dr. Shen Chen, the company’s chairman, delivered the keynote titled “Do Androids Dream of Wafer Fabs?—EDA Software for Manufacturing in the AI Era.” Dr. Shen reported to the on-site guests on the practical scenarios in which the company’s self-developed process and device simulation Mozz TCAD, integrated with the Mozz.AI intelligent assistant, reduces costs and increases efficiency in customers’ R&D. He also reported on the Block-Level DTCO solution that, under the context of process branching, supports forward-looking R&D of the next-generation process platform; showcased the technical roadmap of the company’s VirtualFab (VirtualFab) initiative; and looked ahead to the technical vision of establishing a foundational wafer-fab model by combining physics-based simulation with experimental data.
The company looks forward to joining hands with domestic and international peers to jointly promote the innovation and application of semiconductor technologies, contributing to the sustainable development of the global semiconductor industry.
The self-developed process-simulation software Mozz Process by Peifeng Tunan has won the “Product Innovation Award” at the 2025 Second China IC EDA Special Project.
During the conference, Peifeng Tunan shared the latest progress of the Mozz TCAD product and updates on customer applications in the presentation area, and showcased its full line of products at the booth, engaging in vigorous and in-depth exchanges with upstream and downstream companies along the industry chain and peers.
