Suzhou Peifeng Tunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. is a leading provider of multi-scale and multi-physics simulation software for the semiconductor industry. It has two wholly-owned subsidiaries, Suzhou Cogenda Electronics Co., Ltd. and Moyan Computing Science (Nanjing) Co., LTD. After 16 years of development, in 2024 Peifeng introduced her flag-ship product Mozz TCAD, a three-dimensional process and device simulator. Equipped with the most advanced physical models, Mozz TCAD is being used in the development in leading-edge logic and memory technologies in IDMs and foundries.

Pefeng Tunan offers a full suite of manufacturing EDA software for design-process co-optimization (DTCO), including optical proximity effect correction (OPC), process and device simulation and emulation (TCAD), TCAD-SPICE rapid modeling, circuit simulation and parasitic parameter extraction. Peifeng Tunan also offers semiconductor radiation effect simulation software and radiation-tolerant IP products have served dozens of world-wide customers in the aerospace industry.
