Mozz TCAD 2023.10 Released

Mozz Device Simulator

  • New features:
    • Add new compound semiconductor material InGaAsP.
    • Add new material LiNbO3 with an-isotropic dielectric coefficient.
    • Add PWL support for vsource and isource.
    • Support small signal AC sweep for optical generation.
    • Improved initialize speed of distance-to-surface.
  • Bug fixes:
    • Fixed dopant naming for SiC material.

Mozz Process Simulator

Mozz Workbench

    • Optimize example applications generation.
