Domestic EDA technology pioneer | PFTN semiconductor

[Suzhou, March 15, 2024] —— Suzhou Peifeng Tunan Semiconductor Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as PFTN-SEMI) officially released the 2024.3 version of the Mozz TCAD suite, which is the first TCAD (Technology Computer-Aided Design) tool package in China to support complete 3D process and 3D device simulation. The suite includes the 2D/3D process simulation software Mozz-Process, the 2D/3D device simulation software Mozz-Device, complemented by the integrated work platform Mozz-Workbench and visualization tool Mozz-Visual, as well as the geometric preprocessing tool Mozz-Structure, the TCAD2SPICE tool Mozz-Extract, and the 3D RC extraction tool Mozz-RCex. For the first time, this constitutes a complete 3D TCAD-DTCO software suite.

The 2024.3 version of the Mozz TCAD series fills a gap in the domestic EDA (Electronic Design Automation) toolchain, aiding the continuous independent development of China's semiconductor wafer manufacturing industry.
